They answer the phones, handle reservations, check in boarding, daycare and grooming pets, check out daycare, grooming and boarding pets, answer questions, handle problems . . . in other words, they do it all! Our reception staff is customer-driven—a wonderful team of talented, competant, caring, compassionate, dedicated (and hard-working!) people ...
