You can register for our classes on-line with the specific classes on our Class & Event Schedule Page. Or you can print off the following forms and mail them in. Please use these Adobe Acrobat documents to complete the Group Training applications for any class you are interested in. The following is a brief description of each of the classes and the form(s) for each.
The classes listed below contain links to whatever paperwork applies to each specific class. This may be an application, helpful class information for you to know before you come to class, or a questionnaire to help us best meet your needs and desires. If you have any questions, contact us. Puppy Pre-School This is a simple application to give us a little more information about your puppy.
Basic Manners Class for Puppies and Dogs (Puppy & Level 1) These forms include our complete application, and About Our Classes, with helpful information before you come to class.
