Refund Policies

Overnight Boarding	Peak Periods
Seven or more days in advance of the reservation date: You will receive a Store Credit for the full amount of your deposit with some exceptions (see note for Peak Period refund policy)* Six days to 48 hours in advance of the reservation date: You will receive 50% of your deposit credited as Store Credit on your account Fewer than 48 hours in advance of the reservation date: The deposit is forfeited.	To receive Store Credit of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice for reservations made for the following: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and school vacations. Cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
