Deposit and Refund Policies

We generally have a waiting list for our services and classes. Consequently, if you are unable to keep a reservation, we are often able to fill your spot from the Wait List.  We appreciate you letting us know in a timely fashion so we can do so. If you have made a reservation and must cancel it, here are our refund policies effective December 5, 2021:

Overnight Lodging

  • Seven or more days in advance of the reservation date: You will receive a Store Credit for the full amount of your deposit with some exceptions (see note for Peak Period refund policy)*:
  • Six days to 48 hours in advance of the reservation date: You will receive 50% of your deposit credited as Store Credit on your account
  • Fewer than 48 hours in advance of the reservation date: The deposit is forfeited.

*Note regarding Peak Periods:  To receive Store Credit of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice for reservations made for the following:  Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and school vacations.  Cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Daycare

  • Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation date
  • If not cancelled by that time you will be charged for the day

Day Boarding

  • ­­Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation date
  • If not cancelled by that time you will be charged for the day

The Puppy Place

  • Cancellation at least 36 hours in advance of the reservation date
  • If not cancelled by that time you will be charged for the day

Day School

  • Cancellation at least 36 hours in advance of the reservation date
  • If not cancelled by that time you will be charged for the day

Group Classes

  • Cancellation fifteen days in advance of the class start date, full refund.
  • Cancellation eight to 14 days before class start date, full Store Credit.
  • Cancellation fewer than eight days in advance, no refund, no credit.

Private Training & Behavior Consultation Appointments

  • Cancellation at least 36 hours in advance of the appointment time: Deposit refunded or credited
  • If not cancelled in advance, the deposit is forfeited

Grooming Appointments

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time or missing an appointment: You will be charged 100% of the entire scheduled service. 

Ring Rentals Reservations

  • ­­Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation date: Deposit refunded or credited
  • If not cancelled by that time, the deposit is forfeited.
